1. Introduction

SB Travel Group is committed to providing a seamless and luxurious travel experience. Our travel and booking policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the reservation and use of our travel services, including flights, accommodations, private yacht and jet charters, and other travel-related services. By booking with us, you agree to abide by these policies.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1. Booking Process

  • All bookings must be made through our official website, via phone, or through an authorized SB Travel Group representative.
  • A valid payment method (credit card, bank transfer, or approved alternative) is required to confirm a reservation.
  • For private yacht and jet charters, booking must be made at least 72 hours in advance, subject to availability.

2.2. Payment Terms

  • A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking for all travel services.
  • The remaining balance must be paid at least 14 days before departure.
  • Last-minute bookings (within 14 days of travel) require full payment at the time of reservation.

2.3. Commission & Booking Fees

  • A non-refundable booking fee and commission of 5-10% is applied when booking private yachts and jets. The exact percentage depends on the type of service and total booking value.
  • This fee covers administrative costs, coordination, and concierge services.
  • Commission fees are calculated based on the total charter price and will be clearly disclosed before booking confirmation.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1. General Cancellation Terms

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure: Full refund minus any non-refundable deposits and booking fees.
  • Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before departure: No refund will be issued.

3.2. Private Yacht & Jet Cancellations

  • Due to the high demand and limited availability, cancellations for yacht and jet charters follow a stricter policy.
  • Cancellations made less than 21 days before departure will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
  • Rescheduling may be possible depending on availability, but additional fees may apply.

3.3. Force Majeure

  • In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or airline strikes, SB Travel Group will work with clients to reschedule or provide travel credits when possible.

4. Travel Documentation & Responsibility

  • Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any required travel permits.
  • SB Travel Group is not responsible for denied entry due to improper documentation.

5. Liability & Travel Insurance

  • SB Travel Group acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (airlines, hotels, yacht/jet charters). We are not liable for disruptions caused by third parties.
  • Travelers are encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and unexpected travel disruptions.

  • Changes to existing reservations may be subject to additional fees and availability.
